Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026
The public pages of this website set no cookies. They do not store anything else in your browser either — no local storage, no tracking pixels, no analytics or advertising technology. That covers the home page, the handbook, the legal and support pages and the pages you reach from the app or from our emails, such as email verification and password reset.
1. What happens when you visit
- Nothing is stored — pages are sent to your browser and that is all. You will not see a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- Error reports — if a page breaks, your browser may send a technical error report to Sentry, our error-monitoring provider. It contains no cookies and no form contents, and the values in page addresses are removed before it is sent. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what is kept.
- Forms — the waitlist, email-verification and password-reset forms send what you type to our servers when you submit them. They do not store it in your browser.
2. The business panel
The business panel for golf clubs, pro shops and agencies, at /clubmanagement, is a separate service. If you sign in to it, it sets two strictly necessary cookies — one that shows you are signed in and one that remembers the language you chose — and keeps your sign-in in your browser’s storage. Signing out removes the sign-in. Nothing in it is used for tracking or advertising.
3. The mobile app
The TeeUp House app does not use cookies. It keeps your sign-in tokens in your phone’s secure storage and a few settings — such as your language and distance units — in the app’s own storage on your phone. None of it is used for tracking or advertising.
4. Changes & contact
If we ever start using cookies or similar technology on the public pages, we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting anything that is not strictly necessary. Questions: privacy@teeuphouse.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
